Hello!
My name is Nia and I am a 20-something triathlete living in West Wales. (read about my triathlon journey so far HERE)
I am a high street solicitor so 9-5 I can be found behind a desk but mornings, evenings and weekends I can be mostly be found swimming, cycling or running!
I live with my other half, David Cole – he is also a triathlete (a very good one at that) and my cat, Garfield.
If I’m not working or training my other hobby is to read and recently I have really enjoyed reading blogs so I thought I would start one of my own.. even if nobody else reads it I thought it would be nice to keep a record of the busy, triathlon filled year I’ve got ahead 🙂
